Derby City Midnight is a small batch periodical heavy on Kentucky history, folklore, art, culture and the strange. We, Zack and Kat, began this project in 2020 while wandering along the backroads and knobsof the bluegrass, hoping to both kill time and restore a sense of love and wonder for a state so often dismissed or carpetbagged. We get our kicks by pulling at threads, particularly the threads that have been overlooked or buried by man and by dust. All content is original, community driven or heirloom in nature.
